The book covers slow cooking, microwaving, blending, grilling, stir-frying, braising, stewing, steaming, poaching, broiling, roasting, and baking. There are many cooking techniques covered in this book that I have never attempted before and I am looking forward to trying and learning the many different ways of cooking healthy meals. Grill It, Braise It, Boil It is from The American Heart Association, and it presents a vast selection of healthy options for feeding yourself, or a family. It also includes a section for what to put in a pantry for healthy cooking, and even a part for tools and safety in the kitchen. This books wide variety and healthy meals, combined with tips and tricks for healthy cooking make it an A+ book. I cannot wait to try more recipes from its pages.
